Doggercise
Group Class Series

What is Doggercise?
It's Agility, Tricks and Super Good Manners training all in one class! Doggercise is like taking your dog to the gym. This class builds muscle, provides quality exercise, offers socialization practice with other dogs and people and refreshes him on his good manners commands.

  • Dogs jump through hoops, weave through poles and dash through tunnels,
  • Owners play the "Call-to-Come Game" off-leash and from a distance,
  • Dogs learn to bow, dance, twirl-n-spin and play dead,
  • Owners practice commands like sit-stays and down-stays off-leash and from long distances,
  • Dogs walk nicely by-your-side with a loose leash and off-leash too.
We take lots of photos of you in class. Students love these photos for their dog's scrapbook and sharing with family and friends.

Is there a prerequisite?
Your dog must have a basic obedience and good manners foundation (either from training classes or do-it-yourself home training). This is a perfect follow-up series for graduates of our Super Good Manners classes or classes from other training facilities.

Can any size dog Doggercise?
Absolutely, yes, look at our class photos and you see all shapes and size dogs lovin' Doggercise class.

How big is the class size?
Just right, not too large and not too small. We focus on quality students not quantity so we keep class sizes small and this works well. Normal class sizes range from 2-5 canine students and their human families.

How much and how long is Doggercise?
Only $100.00 for the 4-week 1-hour classes. We may recommend you get additional equipment from us such as a different collar or leashes in various lengths and other training tools like a KONG food puzzle. All supplies are right here at our Dooper Market at our studio where we custom fit the equipment and, most importantly, teach you how to properly use them.

Here's what Lydia and her gal Koki have to say about Doggercise:

"We had great fun at Doggercise. Koki was not sure about the tunnels at first but quickly figured them out and was prancing through them. She loved the jumps and now is a dancin' star too with her all her new tricks!" -- Lydia and Koki of Gainesville, Georgia.
